LEGAL ISSUES

Terms & Conditions of Service as set forth herein shall govern the relationship between the Participant and Kariox-trade, and it's effective immediately after the Participant has deposited with the online investment program provided by Kariox-trade and shall be valid till the deposit term expires.

The Participant must be of legal age in his country of residence to be eligible to create an account with the Kariox-trade online investment program, and in all cases, the Participant's minimal age must be 18 years.

The investment scheme and its participation may be restricted or limited in different jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of the Participant to be aware and comply with all the legal provisions and regulations in force in his country of residence concerning investment practices and procedures, exchange controls, taxes, and related matters.

Kariox-trade does not offer advice on the suitability of the Fund's services for the Participant's individual needs, nor does Kariox-trade provides for any judgment on behalf of the Participant relating to government or tax regulations in particular. It is the responsibility of the Investor to take an independent assessment as to the suitability of the said investment scheme for the Participant's circumstances. No information on Kariox-trade website is to be considered a solicitation or an offer to participate in investment schemes Kariox-trade provides.

Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between Kariox-trade and the Participant. As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the 40 Act or the ICA, UK Investment Company Act of 1940, and all other rules, regulations, and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are accepted and paid through BitCoin, USDT, Ethereum, Perfect Money, and other payment systems. Kariox-trade may consider accepting funds via other payment methods and/or e-currencies when appropriate.

The minimum deposit amount is $50.00, and $2,000,000 is the maximum deposit amount the Participant can allocate with Kariox-trade for one day. There is no limit as per the number of deposits the Participant can make as long as the maximum daily limit is not exceeded.

Deposits shall begin to earn interest the next day after they have been placed.

The Participant is provided with a fixed daily interest or returns at a rate that depends on the amount of deposit and particular investment plan. Interests and returns are credited to the Investor's account balance daily or lump sum at maturity, depending on the investment fund chosen.

Kariox-trade available at the Participant's account balance bear no interest and are available for withdrawal or can be deposited again at the Participant's discretion.

WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals are processed daily directly to the Participant's e-currency account as soon as possible after a withdrawal request. Large withdrawals of interest and principal may take little time to process, subject to the availability of correspondent e-currency reserves.

All interest payments and principal withdrawals shall be paid tax-free at source. The Participant understands and agrees that it is his sole responsibility to comply with any laws or regulations regarding the establishment of an account or any interest and withdrawal paid thereon in the Participant's jurisdiction.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Kariox-trade strictly prohibits sending unsolicited mass e-mails. Use of spam is not allowed, and Kariox-trade will terminate the account of any Participant caught sending unsolicited advertising messages that harm the Kariox-trade reputation.

Kariox-trade collects, retains, and uses information about the Participant only for technical and administrative purposes. All data collected is kept private and will not be exposed to any third parties without the permission of the Participant unless a legal court order is presented.

The Participant agrees to keep all information about his relations with us private, including transaction details, private correspondence, and newsletters, and not to expose it to the public.

DISCLAIMER

Kariox-trade will not be liable for any losses arising from delay in the transmission of funds due to causes beyond its control. Kariox-trade will not be held responsible for any losses or damages occurring as a result of military force, political intervention, the prescriptions of domestic or foreign authorities, or events occurring as a result of a catastrophe.

Kariox-trade will not be liable for any losses arising from the failure of the Participant to hold his computer systems free from malicious software used by third parties to get unauthorized access to the Participant's account. It is the Participant's sole responsibility to check his system for trojans, key loggers, and other malware.

The Participant agrees to hold Kariox-trade harmless of any liability regarding the possible loss of Participant's funds during the investment process. The Participant understands that he is investing at his own risk and that past Kariox-trade performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future results.
